Known issues और quick fixes
⚠️Pokémon sprites load नहीं हो रहे
Check करें कि आपका ad blocker play.pokemonshowdown.com या raw.githubusercontent.com को filter नहीं कर रहा। ये domains sprites host करते हैं।
⚠️Reload के बाद मेरा Box खाली है
Box आपके browser के localStorage में रहता है। Private/incognito browsing में window बंद होते ही data wipe हो जाता है। Normal browsing में indefinitely persist करता है, जब तक आप site data clear न करें।
⚠️किसी format या month का data missing है
या तो Smogon ने अभी corresponding stats publish नहीं किए, या Pokékipe ने अभी तक उन्हें ingest नहीं किया (Smogon publication के बाद 24–48h delay)। अगले दिन फिर try करें।
⚠️Move या item बिना spaces के दिख रहा है
Known cosmetic issue। अगर move "Fire Blast" की जगह "FireBlast" दिखे, तो formats switch करें और वापस आएँ ताकि fresh fetch force हो।
⚠️Team Builder एक Pokémon नहीं ढूँढ पा रहा
Team Builder suggestions selected format के usage data से आते हैं। Format में ~0.5% से कम usage वाले Pokémon नहीं दिख सकते। Lower ELO bracket या broader format try करें।
⚠️Replay Analyzer एक replay load नहीं कर पा रहा
Confirm करें कि URL replay.pokemonshowdown.com पर एक public replay है। Private replays, expired replays, या custom servers के replays supported नहीं हैं।

Bug report करें
मैं bug कैसे report करूँ?
Bug या data anomaly report करने का सबसे तेज़ तरीका हमारा Discord server है। वहाँ एक dedicated #bug-reports channel है जहाँ team और community issues triage करते हैं, और reactions से हम common ones को prioritise करते हैं। Discord.
जितनी information हो सके दें: आपका browser और OS, exact URL, format और Pokémon involved (अगर applicable हो) और reproduce करने के steps। Screenshots मदद करते हैं।
मैं अपना account कैसे delete करूँ?
अकाउंट बनाएँ, Account page पर जाएँ, Danger Zone section। Deletion तुरंत और irreversible है। Locally stored Box data unaffected रहता है, यह आपके browser में है, हमारे servers पर नहीं।
क्या मेरा data save है?
Box और user preferences आपके browser के localStorage में stored हैं। मतलब:
- Normal browsing में sessions के बीच persist करते हैं।
- Private/incognito browsing में window बंद होते ही wipe हो जाते हैं।
- अभी devices के बीच sync नहीं होते (future update के लिए planned है)।
- अगर आप manually site data clear करते हैं तो ये clear हो जाते हैं।
