Four event types are tracked side by side: Smogon suspect tests (which Pokémon are currently being voted on for tier movement, with verdicts once polls close), Viability Ranking updates (the Council's per-tier S/A/B/C/D rerankings with diff-vs-previous), official VGC regulations (current and historical Reg windows from the Pokémon Company), and tournaments from the Smogon Tier-1 / Tier-2 circuit, Limitless community Reg M-A events, and pokedata-tracked Pokémon Company VGC events.
